No contract and no lock-in. Most offices start with one delivery to see how the team takes to it, then settle into a rhythm. You can change the quantity, pause for a shutdown or stop whenever you like, with a single message.
Fresh fruit and vegetables are exempt from GST, so there is no GST charged on your produce. You get an itemised bill with every delivery and a single consolidated statement at the end of the month for your accounts team. If procurement needs a written quotation or a vendor form filled in, email adesh@newfreshroots.com and we will send it across.
Yes. Our shop is in Baner and our home delivery stays close by, but corporate orders go anywhere in Pune, from Hinjewadi and Wakad to Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Magarpatta and Kothrud. Tell us where your office is and we will fix a delivery time that works for your team.
We are usually with you between 8 and 11 in the morning, before the day gets going. Cut fruit and juices can be timed for the mid-morning or lunch break instead, so they reach the team at their freshest. Tell us the slot that works and we will hold it.
Monthly against your statement by bank transfer or UPI, which is what most offices prefer. For one-off events or gifting orders we usually settle at the time of delivery.
Yes. Alongside everyday fruit we stock exotics like kiwi, avocado, dragon fruit, blueberries and imported apples and pears. They work especially well in gift hampers and as an occasional treat in the pantry. Tell us what you have in mind and we will source it for your delivery day.
Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it on the next delivery or take it off your bill, no debate. We are around the corner, so putting it right is easy.
Yes, and the earlier you tell us the better. Diwali is our busiest stretch, so a few weeks of notice lets us source the best fruit and plan the packing. We can deliver to one office or to a list of individual addresses.
